Editor-in-Chief - Bezzubov Dmytro Oleksandrovych, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of IUTP DUIT.

In 2003 he graduated from the Kyiv State Academy of Water Transport named after P. Konashevych-Sagaidachny with a degree in Law. In 2008 he graduated with a master's degree from the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the same specialty.

He began his teaching career in 2004 as a lecturer at the Kyiv Optical and Mechanical College. From 2005 to 2015 he worked at the Kyiv Vocational Pedagogical College named after A. Makarenko as a teacher of law, a teacher of the highest category. From September 1, 2015 to September 3, 2018 he worked at the National Aviation University as acting Head of the Department of Economic Law and Process and Professor of the Department of Economic, Air and Space Law of NNUI NAU.

On September 4, 2018, he was appointed Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the State University of Infrastructure and Technology.

In 2010 he defended his dissertation on the specialty 21.07.05. "Service and combat activities of law enforcement forces (legal sciences)" on the topic "Legal risk in the service and combat activities of law enforcement forces". In 2015 he received the academic title of associate professor. In 2016 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Laws in the specialty 12.00.07 administrative law and process; finance law; information law on the topic "Organizational and legal principles of public safety".

In April 2020 he was awarded the academic title of "Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law".

Author of more than 100 scientific and scientific-methodical works on the problems of administrative, economic, agrarian, international law. Among them is the monograph "Social Security: Organizational and Legal Principles" and the textbook "Administrative Law of Ukraine" with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, lecture notes "International Space Law".

Research interests: problems of theoretical administrative, economic, business, transport, aviation and space law, administrative mechanisms for ensuring public and national security.

Deputy Editor-in-Chief - Dobkina Kateryna Robertivna, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Law of IUTP DUIT.

In 1999 she graduated from Lyceum №100 "Podil". She was awarded a gold medal.

In 2004 she graduated from the Kyiv State Academy of Water Transport named after Hetman Petro Konashevych-Sagaidachny, Faculty of Law, majoring in Law, educational qualification level, specialist in law, diploma with honors.

In 2004 - 2005 - worked as an assistant at the Department of Legal Support of Water Transport in KDAVT.

From 2005 to 2007 she worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Legal Support of Water Transport in KDAVT.

Since 2007 - Acting Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law KDAVT.

Since 2008 - Associate Professor of Justice.

In 2012 she defended her dissertation on the topic: "Civil status of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine" in the specialty 12.00.03 - civil law and received the degree of Candidate of Law.

In 2014 he was awarded the academic title of "Associate Professor of Justice".

From 01.09. 2017 - Acting Deputy Dean of DUIT Law Firm.

Since December 2017 - Dean of DUIT Law Faculty.

Research interests: civil law, international and commercial law.

Executive Secretary - Novoselska Iryna Vasylivna, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law, Faculty of Law, IUTP DUIT.

In 2000 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management with honors.

In 1993-2004 worked as an assistant chief legal adviser, legal adviser, chief legal adviser of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.

In 2003 she entered the graduate school of the Institute of State and Law named after V.M. Koretskiy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and began teaching part-time at IAPM.

In the period from 2004 to 2010 worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Commercial and Labor Law of the Institute of Law of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.

In 2010 she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Law on the topic: "Improvement of legal regulation of legal liability for breach of obligations under the employment contract."

From 2011 to present, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Civil Law, Faculty of Law, Institute of Technology Management and Law, State University of Infrastructure and Technology.

In April 2013 he was awarded the academic title of "Associate Professor of Civil Law".

In 2017, she was elected Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Institute of Management, Technology and Law of the State University of Infrastructure and Technology.

He is the author of more than 100 scientific and methodological publications. He is the author of the textbook "Law of Social Security of Ukraine", is a co-author of the Dictionary of Legal Terms and Concepts of Justinian Publishing House.

Research interests: labor law, intellectual property law, social protection law.
