THE CONCEPT OF INDUSTRIAL PARK IN THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE IS COMPARED WITH UN STANDARDS

Abstract

The article analyzes the concept of "industrial park", its comparsion with UNO standarts, and the possibility of practical application of this researches to improve domestic and international legislation in this area.

Infrastructure (roads, railway hubs, airports, ports), energy (stable power supply, alternative energy sources), information and communication (high-speed Internet, access to information networks) and other facilities necessary for modern economic activity.

Legislation should stimulate the development of knowledge-intensive industries, the involvement of innovative technologies, as well as the integration of scientific research and development into the activities of industrial parks. This includes the creation of innovation hubs, support for start-ups and provision of preferential conditions for enterprises using environmentally friendly technologies.

Ukraine should adapt international experience in this area, develop and implement standards for eco-industrial parks that will help preserve the environment. This can be achieved through cooperation with international organizations such as UNIDO, as well as through the introduction of financial incentives for environmentally oriented companies.

Investors seek predictability and stability in the legal field. Therefore, it is important to reduce the number of changes in legislation, establish clear rules of the game and guarantee their compliance for the long term.

Such a partnership can become a key mechanism for attracting investments and effective development of industrial parks. The state should offer transparent mechanisms for cooperation with the private sector, including through grants, subsidies, guarantees and tax credits.

In general, reforming industrial parks in the direction of meeting international standards, focusing on innovative development and environmental friendliness will be an important step towards attracting foreign investments, developing the economy and improving the quality of life in Ukraine.
