DICTUM FACTUM – Ukrainian journal of legal direction, which is published two times a year. The journal is aimed to spread legal knowledge, create a platform for the exchange of views, ideas and research results among Ukrainian scientists.

The journal “DICTUM FACTUM” publishes materials from various fields of law, which highlights the current and problematic issues of legal regulation of any activity in Ukraine, studied various methodologies of law enforcement in Ukraine, taking into account the experience of foreign countries.

The journal can be useful for academic lawyers, young, teachers of lawyer, graduate students, practitioners of the legal field: lawyers, judges, as well as all those interested in the actual issue of lawyers ' achievements of scientists and practitioners.

The journal is recommended for publication by the Academic Council of the State University of infrastructure and technologies (Protocol No. 8 of 31.06.2018).)

On the basis of the Order of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine №1643 dated June 29, 2021, the journal is included in the list of professional publications of category "B" in the field of legal sciences.
