DICTUM FACTUM is a legal academic journal published twice a year. The journal was founded in 2018 with the aim of disseminating legal knowledge and creating a platform for the exchange of views, ideas and research findings among academics.
The journal “DICTUM FACTUM” publishes articles on various areas of law, addressing topical and contentious issues relating to the legal regulation of all forms of activity in Ukraine and beyond.
The journal may be of interest to legal scholars, junior lecturers in law, postgraduate students, undergraduates, and legal practitioners such as solicitors and judges; as well as anyone interested in current developments in the work of legal scholars and practitioners.
On the basis of the Order of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine №1643 dated June 29, 2021, the journal is included in the list of professional publications of category "B" in the field of legal sciences.
The journal publishes articles by leading domestic and international scholars and promotes research in the field of law.
The editorial board also invites authors to submit articles based on their own research for publication, provided they meet the relevant requirements.
