Abstract

It has been proven that a lawyer plays an important role in administrative proceedings, ensuring effective legal protection of citizens and legal entities in their relations with state bodies. Improving the participation of a lawyer in administrative proceedings requires comprehensive changes both at the legislative level and in terms of technological and institutional development.

The research findings may be useful for practicing lawyers, scholars, judges, and lawmakers working in the field of administrative law and justice. Strategic approaches to improving legislation, strengthening guarantees of independence for lawyers, expanding their procedural capabilities, and implementing modern technologies in administrative proceedings practice are discussed.
