Abstract

The article analyzes the theoretical and legal understanding of the concept of "interaction" in the context of public administration. Interaction is an essential component for the effective functioning of public administration and ensuring the proper execution of state functions. The author focuses on how this concept is integrated into the system of managerial relations, defining its role in the interaction between various state authorities, public institutions, and citizens.

Interaction in public administration reflects the processes of cooperation and coordination between subjects of administrative activity aimed at achieving national interests. This cooperation can take different forms, from administrative control to strategic partnerships in solving state tasks. One of the important aspects is the formation of legal mechanisms that ensure the seamless and effective functioning of interaction between public authorities.

The article also considers interaction as a means of implementing the principles of legal state governance, in particular the principle of legal certainty, transparency, accountability, and public participation. Special attention is paid to the legal regulation of this process, as it is through the regulatory framework that the effectiveness and results of interaction in public administration are ensured.

The concept of interaction in public administration is complex, as it includes both internal and external aspects. Internal interaction involves the coordination of activities between different public authorities and their subdivisions, while external interaction involves cooperation with citizens, businesses, and other interested parties. To ensure effective interaction, it is important to establish communication mechanisms, monitor the fulfillment of duties, and jointly address problem issues within the framework of legal and managerial processes.

As a result of the study, it is emphasized that the integration of interaction principles in public administration is an important condition for the development of democratic processes in the country. It significantly improves managerial effectiveness, ensures a more open and transparent operation of government bodies, and contributes to the creation of conditions for the further development of the rule of law state.
