The article is devoted to the study of administrative and legal regulation of medical services in Ukraine in the context of European integration. It is emphasized that the medical field is the field that is designed to ensure the appropriate level and availability of medical care to all citizens who seek medical help. The importance of this issue is undeniable, because almost always medical care closely intersects with the issue of ensuring human rights. It has been established that the present, which is connected with the formation of the information society, the development of the latest technologies and innovations, offers us more and more new and promising options for restoring health, by providing such medical services as are related to transplantology, reproductive technologies, cloning and others Obviously, all this should have a clear and understandable legal basis, which will be in the plane of unwavering observance of the fundamental rights of a person and a citizen. It is noted that the regulatory and legal basis for the provision of the medical sphere has already been formed, which allows the implementation of the constitutional principles regarding health care in Ukraine, however, given the dynamism of this field, certain norms require improvement, clarification or change, and certain legal relations in the field of health care "I" are awaiting their consolidation in legislative acts.
It is emphasized that the experience of the formation and development of the health care system, which has a rather long and difficult path, which the leading countries of the world have gone through, and whose medical field is a certain benchmark for others, shows that the positive result of the functioning of this field was achieved with the help of a combination of two components: the public and private sectors of providing medical services. Both sectors have become a solid foundation and a harmonious complement to each other. Instead, competition became a special incentive for everyone, which contributed to the introduction of the most progressive forms of organization of the medical industry, improvement of medical activity and, accordingly, allowed to determine the best possible promising and priority directions for the further development of the health care system.
