Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of anti-crisis activity as a complex and multifaceted category, taking into account its legal features. It was determined that Ukraine is now going through the most difficult times since the declaration of independence, because without overcoming the consequences of one crisis, Ukraine is entering another, which provokes an even greater number of harmful consequences. Under such conditions, a phenomenon (or process) opposite to the concept of crisis arises - anti-crisis activity, which is provided by the relevant bodies of state power, local self-government, independent business entities, citizens and other entities.

Clarified by anti-crisis activity in the legal aspect - is a purposeful, time-limited set of actions by authorized subjects who have the appropriate professional training to carry out such activities, which have the sole purpose of warning, detecting and counteracting crisis situations arising in public space, including taking responsibility for the results of such activities.

Conclusions were made that any reforms are doomed to failure if the crisis nature of the current socio-economic and political situation of Ukraine is not taken into account. All this requires not only the development of anti-crisis technologies aimed at eliminating the causes of crisis phenomena in the state administration system and society in general, based on the optimization of interaction between civil society, the government and business, where each party has its own area of responsibility, but also the government's information policy aimed at informing society about the actions of the authorities and creating support and a positive image of the actions of the authorities in civil society and business.
