Abstract

This article examines the administrative liability of enterprise managers, particularly in relation to offenses associated with their activities. The study explores the legal framework of administrative liability, including relevant regulatory acts that establish the grounds, procedures, and consequences of such liability.

Various definitions of administrative liability are described and analyzed, drawing on the works of different authors. The article discusses and analyzes the role of administrative liability for enterprise managers, including ensuring compliance with legality, protecting the interests of the state and society, preventing dishonest actions, and shaping ethical standards.

The study also considers the consequences of administrative offenses for enterprise managers, such as fines, confiscation of property, and administrative sanctions. An assessment of the effectiveness of measures related to administrative liability is provided, along with possible ways to improve control mechanisms and prevent violations in the field of enterprise management.

The paper examines typical offenses that can be committed by enterprise managers in the context of corruption, such as bribery, abuse of office, bribery, illegal enrichment, and others. Their legal status, norms, sanctions, and potential consequences resulting from such offenses are thoroughly examined.

Special attention is given to offenses related to corruption, financial discipline, permitting procedures, environmental protection, labor, and consumer activities. The article analyzes relevant articles of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses that pertain to these types of offenses committed by enterprise managers.

The paper describes key articles of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, such as "violation of financial control requirements," "failure to take measures to counteract corruption," and "violation of legislation in the field of environmental impact assessment."

This article can be useful for lawyers, researchers, legislators, and anyone interested in understanding the administrative liability of enterprise managers and its role in ensuring compliance with rules and norms in the field of management.
