Abstract

The expediency of the conducted scientific research is due to the unsatisfactory level of road safety and transport operation in Ukraine at the current stage. Over the past decades, along with the rise in traffic intensity in Ukraine, there has been a significant increase in the number of vehicles, but the level of road safety remains extremely low.
