Abstract

The development of the science of legal pedagogy in the modern world is undergoing a stage of new formatting and philosophical rethinking. This is due to the new challenges facing this science in the conditions of scientific and technical development and the development of information technologies. Training of professional personnel taking into account the trend of globalization is one of the priority tasks in legal pedagogy as a science of personnel training.

One of the most urgent issues of pedagogy is the development of methods and mechanisms for the training of legal specialists in the transport sector.

In the conditions of the development of scientific and technical progress, the training of legal specialistsin the field of transport becomes important due to the specifics of carrying out activities in the field of transport. It should be noted that the fact that transport is one of the most important branches of the economy is important for the legal sphere.

In the modern method of training legal specialists, there are no clear and formal mechanisms for the formation of psychological stability in lawyers regarding the assessment of the consequences of disasters and familiarization with cases related to the death of people.

Therefore, the formation of training methods for legal specialists in the transport sector is one of the priority directions in pedagogy as a science of training highly qualified personnel for all spheres of society.

The article examines the problem of the development of scientific and pedagogical potential in the training of lawyers in the field of transport. The organizational element of promotion and stimulation of scientific and fundamental research in the field of transport law is considered. The concepts of increasing the scientific and pedagogical potential are proposed and their organizational and legal analysis is carried out from the standpoint of a modern university. Specific ways to increase the effectiveness of research in the field of transport law as an element of national security through cooperation with a leading research institution are proposed.
